Easy and fun way to earn extra money

I’ve completed several jobs for Robson and never had any issues. The app is super easy to use. You hit record, read whatever is written on the screen, stop recording and hit submit. Be sure to record in a very quiet room or they’ll send the recording back to you and ask you to redo it. I’ve had to redo some of my recordings 2-3 times because there was faint noise in the background but they’ve never outright rejected me and I’ve always received the full pay. Once your recordings have been approved, you get your money via PayPal. The only issue I see is there aren’t enough available jobs. Other than that, I recommend Robson App to anyone. I think it’s a great app.

Bad Experience

I was super excited to join this application as my friend had done it and recommended I try it out too. When I began, I was able to complete a survey with no problems. I got a gift card and I was very happy! But after completing my next task of over 300 sentences, when it came time to re-record 2 sentences, the task just stopped working. I tried to get in contact with customer service about this issue on multiple occasions. The first complaint took 2-4 days to receive a response on. The representative was very nice and understanding that it was not an error of mine that I could not re-record the sentences. And I was assured that they were going to try and help me fix the issue. The two stars I gave this review is for that representative only. After that talk, I emailed, and even texted time and time again to be met with the response only 1 time after the first response that someone was working to fix the issue. After that, I have never received any replies or updates(it has been over two weeks since this problem began.) While I do understand there is a pandemic that may be resulting in slow reply times, it is no excuse to ignore your customers who are putting a lot of time and effort into helping with these tasks only to not be rewarded for their work. I will only change my mind about this company when they begin to be more attentive to issues in the app. This was a complete waste of time for me.

Trustworthy, easy, and Legit

I was a bit hesitant upon reading the reviews but I went on and decided to give this a try. The task I had was basically to call and speak on the phone with people who had Hispanic accents. Lucky for me, I’m Hispanic myself and have Hispanic friends and family! My calls would get reviewed and if passed (which all did) I would receive my payment through PayPal. The first time I passed a call I had to reach out to to them because I wasn’t receiving my payment, but they responded quickly and surely I received my money. That was the only time I had to do that. All of the rules and guidelines of the task were stated CLEARLY. Overall, my experience was positive and the task was super easy. I have no complaints. Thank you for letting me be part of this. Looking forward to future projects!
